We have considerable experience of governance. Both directors have developed strategic plans, shown leadership at senior level, reviewed and modified organisational structures, ensured financial accountability and managed risk.

This experience can be of benefit to boards of directors or trustees either through direct membership of a board or by providing consultancy to a board.
